| show-medals = yes }} Jaime Serrano Alonso (born April 30, 1979 in Barcelona) is an S9 swimmer from Spain. He competed at the 2000 Summer Paralympics in Sydney, winning a gold medal and World Record in the 400 meter freestyle race and a silver medal in the 200 meter individual medley race. He swam with the Spanish paralympic team between 1997 and 2002 in three European championships, two world championships and in the Sydney Paralympic Games. He lives in Castellón and is married with Cristina Garcia, with whom he has a daughter called Julia. He studied medicine in the University of Barcelona from 1997 to 2003 and specialized in anesthesia at the Hospital Clinico de Valencia from 2004 to 2008. Since 2008 he works as an anesthesiologist in the Pain Management Unit in the Hospital Provincial de Castellón. == References ==
